Week Twenty Eight: February 15, 2016

Testimony to Conversion

Hello my cute people! 

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!! 

I love every single one of you!!

H*****: He is still doing great! We are just in amazement and humbled that we get to be apart of his conversion. This week he and his girlfriend broke up!! 

WOW, right?! 

They had been dating for 4yrs and he was quite sad; but something cool happened- after they broke up he said that he prayed for sign from the Lord of a confirmation and literally right after he ran into the Elders in our branch.:) so neat. 

He is so amazing!! 

We have seen such a change through the Atonement for him and it is amazing. He was telling us this week that he doesn't get as mad quickly anymore, he's nicer to his parents, he is more peaceful, happy, content,etc.. (fruits of the spirit right there!) He also bore his new found testimony of prayer and we were just like wow! He says he wakes up in the morning and sees the light outside and it just makes him want to pray! (what investigator says that?!)

 He was also like I LOVE PRAYER! 

ah, he is golden!:)

I just wanna smile every time we hear from him and his conversion. I am lucky to be apart of this part of the lords work. 

Keep praying for him, he is going to be baptized this Saturdayy; Feb 20th. :)

C******: He is one of the antiguo investigators (of hna crystal taylor) we have been teaching. He recieved his answer this week through prayer and the spirit. He said he is not scared to be baptized anymore after we talked about how we don`t have to be perfect to take this step and that is why we have the sacrament(mini baptism) every week. (He was scared about sinning after.) Then the other part was that is parents weren't very supportive... but they have now said of do it its your decision. He said ok I'm ready so we kind of went over the questions and got ready for interview and he had been drinking coffee but we know he can get over this. He fasted yesterday for the strength, and we said we would give up things with him too. haha:)

I love this gospel, I love being a missionary!!

 I know that conversion is an action word and conversion unto the Lord requires, practice, patience, and persistence.
