Week Twenty Seven: February 8, 2016

This week was a goodie!!

We were able to see lots of milagros in the work of the Lord.

H***** update: He is golden! 

To answer your question mom we met him just contacting in the street one day.
This week when we taught him the Law of Chastity and we were nervous when he told us he has a girlfriend, but it turns out he has actually been teaching her a little of what he has been learning and trying to invite her to our lessons!! He also clicked on his own and said  "if my girlfriend doesn`t accept this I should probably break up with her" and we had a mixed feeling like ---  noooo we don`t want to break anything up --but kinda happy because he has an eternal perspective. I hope for the better that she will want to come closer to Christ too. He came to church again and everyone just loves him!!! I love how anxious he always is to learn more. Then something that just made us want to shout for joy and cry haha, was when we did a little testimony circle for the YSA last night and H***** said "I know I have found the truth.." :) 

We feel so lucky to have been placed in his path and watch the spirit take action in his life.

E*** is an investigator who has a drunk husband. She really has a hard time learning in general; but she told us with the gospel she doesn`t.  It is so neat. She had a cool dream about the priesthood that she felt like was a sign! (we are so jealous of all the cool dreams Chileans have;)) haha!! We also taught her in the Church this week and did like a tour through each room teaching lesson 3.  It was awesome!! Pray that her husband will be more open to letting her take this path!:) It was so cute after the lesson she said,  "We should start a Mormon School here in Linares; the cathiloc parents would actually love it!!"

We have also been working with some other Investigators this week!! C******, M******, J***.
C******* and M****** are antiguos but we have faith that now may be there time to take it step by step back to Christ through his atonement.

We have put high stress on teaching the atonement in depth because that is the only way to true conversion is to really come to know who our older brother is-- Christ. I love learning more of Christ. I love this gospel! I know that it is the only source of true happiness and that there is even "more happiness" in sharing it!!

 I invite you to ALWAYS share the gospel even by the very details in the examples we set.
