Sister Black in Chile: Week Fourteen: November 9, 2015

Endure to the End no....Enjoy to the End:)

This week was a hard one but I still just love being a missionary.

It was also super fun because it was the week of Hermana Monroy´s birthday.

We met with our new investigators and found others. One is named M**** T. she is super católico but really wants to know what is the true church because she believes they are all true, same God, etc... So we taught the first lesson and she stopped in between and said "I now know that this must be the true church" right after we talked about latter-day prophets; the spirit was so strong. We have another visit with her this week! I know this is the true church with all my heart and I love sharing that testimony and inviting others to pray to find out for themselves too.

Another nuevo is D*******, she is a single mom with 2 adorable little boys(5&7), she just broke up with her boyfriend because he needs to become a better person for them to work out... and she is looking for something to become a better person for her kids.....Perfect we have just the thing!;) haha, but really the gospel has something for everyone. She is awesome, but couldn´t come to church this week as well as all of the investigators…

It is sad when we try everything from walking all the way to all of their casa´s, make them breakfast, call them in morning and night, etc and they don´t come when i know they feel it in their hearts after praying,etc… So hard!!!

We had our interviews with President Arrington, they were awesome, I love him!

This week was the birthday of my cutie comp, so we had lots of celebration, treats, and love! Elder Sellers our district leader brought all sorts of fun different things to celebrate her birthday after district class, a member made 2 cakes, I made her a huge breakfast and chocolate strawberries, our cutie sweetie neighbors made her a cake and bought her shoes, etc..... SO FUN!

We still have I******* in the picutre but not our focus as well as D****** who gets home this week from Santiago...Yay we have missed her so much and M******.

I gave a talk on Sunday again and it was on "What do I like most about being a member?" I could go on forever.:)

I love this perfect gospel with all my heart and soul.

I want everyone to be able to taste of the fruit of the gospel and have eternal life.

Today we went to the beach about 1hr and 1/2 away from our sector with our zone and had a comp of who could make the best sand castle "Chile, Concepción Templo" it was a blast!
