Hello hello hello!!
Hope you all had a wonderful easter!!
I am dying over all the pics Aunt Chris sent!
Thanks for the easter loving package mama!!
THANK YOU for your prayers my legs, back and feet are getting a little better everyday!!:)
I do not have the words to fully describe this amazing week, but I will give my best summary!!:)
J******: She is wonderful!!
We had a heart to heart with her and let her know what our purpose is here as missionaries and she actually took it really well.
She said "Hermanas I don’t know how to say it but I think this could be my new religion... but don’t rush me!!"
AWWWW I love her!!!
She also said that she wants to raise her son in this church with these values!!:)
So sweet!!
This shows little by little some progress but I am just so happy she has opened her heart little by little a little more!:)
A******(70yrs): A****** is quite amazing.
His story began 2 weeks ago!
We contacted him in the street and he said that other Hermanas had contacted him earlier that day and he said that he totally rejected their invitation but found it funny that we also contacted him within hrs so he said "ok! I want to come to your Church one time before you guys talk to me about anything!! annnd I do not want any commitments I am just curious ok?!"
We were just like ok, of course!!:)
We called him to remind him and he was already up and getting ready last week!
HE CAME!:)
After the meetings he had to leave but we had a lesson the next day and told us that he had never felt something so strong in his heart and never felt so comforted the way he did in the sacrament meeting.:)
(fruit of the spirit!)
He came again this week!!:) and said that yesterday was EVEN better than the first time!!
He LOVED priesthood meeting and said that gospel principles was just so CLEAR!
(fruit of the spirit)
He is going to ask for his extremely Catholic families blessing to change religions, so please pray that their hearts will be softened!:)
L**** from China in Chile!!
Send me greetings in Chinese haha!!
she speaks little English a little more Spanish and lots of Chinese haha!!
L**** has lived here in Chile for a few years and is good friends with a member who took her to the temple in Santiago to see the outside.
She loved it!!
We gave her a call and she said in broken Spanish.
"L***** be Mormon soon please!!"
She came to church yesterday with her little Chinese hymn book that her friend gave her months ago and...
YES I SANG my best in Chinese with her hahaha "chi chi chi tang tang tong "
(count your many blessings).
SO spiritual though!
We will begin teaching her this week!:)
It will be interesting and we will have to do lots of different things to make it work!!:)
I am so excited!!
We learned so much in our zone conference and it was just so strong!!
I felt a confirmation from my head to my toes that I couldn´t be doing something better than serving a mission!!:)
We talked about the apostle Paul.....It SO touching every time!! "Leave your nets....feed my sheep...do you love me?!"
I am CONVERTED, I LOVE the Lord and I will leave my nets because I am here to do his will and serve HIS children!!
I love the gospel and its clarity!!!
I know it changes lives and like the Easter video says "I have found a new life in Christ!"
Enjoy CONFERENCE!!
Can´t wait to hear all of your favorite one liners again!!!:)
Listen with questions!
